We have 2 rooms available in a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house.
All common areas are shared as well as both bathrooms.
Rent will include water, electric, trash, lawn care, wireless internet, and netflix.
Looking for people to move in January 1st.
It will just be myself and man living here with out 4 dogs. (In the process of re-homing one)
We are asking $400/month for single occupancy in room.
$500/month If you have a 2nd occupant on weekends only.
$650/month if you have double occupant living in room.
so we need at least 2 single occupants but can be up to 2 double occupants.
Plenty of parking.
Have a mailbox.
Big yard.
Rooms come with a king size bed and dressers (unless they are not needed then they can be moved)
One rooms flooring will be replaced before moving in. (out with old nasty carpet!)
